Favorite Midwest piece?
Rumba and Fuego is my favorite Midwest piece because it gives the band a whole different vibe, and it's just fun to play overall.

What is your favorite memory/memorable thing?
My favorite memory would be attending all of the jazz festivals and seeing other jazz members enjoying what we do.
What inspired you to be in our program?
My biggest inspiration in the program would be my former private lesson teacher, Ed Renz.

I Like Bebop - it's extremely challenging while still being fun to perform, and tends to get the band excited in a good way when performed.

My favorite Midwest piece is Rumba en Fuego because I love the energy it has and it is really fun to play.

My favorite memory is when me and a group ordered a pizza at Northside and ate it before awards.
What inspired you to be in our program?
Seeing Jazz 1 my 7th grade year performing Two Seconds to Midnight inspired me to continue Jazz in high school, for my goal to make Jazz 1.

Rumba en Fuego - I love Latin tunes and it is extremely well written (and Hayden's solo).

Rumba en Fuego (and Jericho!!!)
What are you looking forward to during the trip?
Performing the pieces we have worked on for so long and being able to experience this once in a lifetime opportunity with my closest friends.

12 o’clock lab band and 8bit big band.
